How do Foam Factory parties work?

We arrive 30 minutes before the start time. We set up with a 10x10 walled tent and provide contactless service. An hour of foam party uses 2 bath tubs full of water.

Sound system and the foam cannon starts up the party with beach balls and games in between. We continuously manage the party.

A foam party includes most of the same elements that a regular party would; music, dancing and even games. The only difference is that with a foam party, the dance floor will be covered in fun foam, which as you can imagine, gets people into party mode pretty quickly.

How much set up time do you need?

We thought you’d never ask! It’s fast and easy. It should take us about 30 minutes to set up our tent, Foam Canon, music, beach balls and have the foam start filling the area in your yard.

Where should I have my Foam Party?

Our Foam cannon alone can fill up an area of up to 40x40 ft.

The foam works best on grass but it can also work on driveways, parking lots or closed-off roads.

For bigger events like Fairs and Festivals, we can provide a custom package with multiple foam machines for attendees 40 and up.

What do you wear for a Foam Party?

Lightweight shorts and shirts are advisable. Running through the foam will leave you damp and will dry off in the sun.

But swimsuits are suitable for kids and adults who will be in the foam for longer periods.

What happens if Mother Nature won’t cooperate?

Shhhh! Don’t say that! OK, we know it happens occasionally.

Foam and thundershowers don’t mix well. Actually foam and rain don’t either. It disappears faster than we can make it! Kind of like magic. For the safety of your guests and our crew, we can’t set up for a Foam Factory Experience if it’s raining or rain looks imminent.

BUT, we also offer one of the best magic shows for kids parties and family events as well as other options for inside such as Balloon Twisting, Face Painting, Glitter Tattoos and our very popular comedy Puppet Show! Check out Vertical Kids Entertainment website at www.FamilyEntertainerVa.com.

In some cases we can substitute some of these entertainments for the Foam Factory Experience or we are happy to reschedule for a mutually agreeable date. Let’s hope for sunshine though!

Are the bubbles and foam safe?

Definitely. We use only the highest quality solution for our foam. It’s bio-degradable, non-staining, non-toxic and hypoallergenic! It’s also safe for babies, little old ladies, the environment, lawns, ducks and chickens!

We DO NOT use dish soaps that can dry or irritate skin.

We only use professional grade foam solution.

Will the foam get us wet?

Well, it’s bubbly for sure, but it’s nothing like taking a bubble bath! Depending on the individual enthusiasm level, participants will range from dry to damp, to soaking wet. It’s superb summer happiness! We recommend folks bring a towel or change of clothes, just in case the foam gets them more excited than they anticipated!

How do we plan for your arrival?

We’re pretty self contained. We need access to connect a water hose and an electrical outlet. That’s pretty much it. We will have a 50’ extension cord and a 50’ hose (so we need to set up within 50’ of the water source). We bring everything else and even provide kid-friendly music! Grab a glass of iced tea and relax. We’ve got this!

Is this just for kids?

Absolutely not! Foam is the perfect activity for all ages and total inclusiveness. It’s also a perfect sensory friendly activity. In fact, our equipment manufacturer is a IBCCES Certified Autism Resource!

How do we book a Foam Factory Experience?

You can book us by going to our Contact Page or call us by phone. On the Contact Page, Fill out your info and date of your event and we will contact you to let you know if that date and time are available. Once we receive the deposit, we’ll send your confirmation. For the deposit, we take Credit Cards, Cash App or Venmo and for the balance on the day of the event, we accept Credit Cards, Cash App, Venmo or cash.

How much to rent your foam machine?

We are a full-service foam party provider. We don’t rent equipment leaving you to worry with and learn how to use. We bring the full fun experience so you can relax and enjoy the party with your guests!
